My name is Jay Gazeley, I’m a Professional Realtor® and together with my brother Sean, we own the Gazeley Real Estate Group.
After a 25-year career in the golf industry as a Golf Professional / C.O.O. I joined the real estate industry in 2020 with one goal: to provide superior service to my real estate clients. I would bring skills developed in my upbringing, education and the golf industry to provide exceptional service each and every day. These skills include a desire to surpass your expectations in every interaction. It includes honesty, kindness, listening, responsiveness, and integrity.
With my business background in marketing and accounting my goal was to systemize the real estate experience for my clients so that each step along the way was professionally executed. Nothing is left to chance. We begin with an initial Seller or Buyer consultation to learn your needs, wants and desires. From the first step along the home selling/buying process to closing day each step is systemized. This system guarantees a successful process. For sellers, I work closely with you to solve a problem that you are facing. Your family may be growing, and you need to upsize or perhaps your life is getting simpler and you are looking to downsize. Or maybe you are looking to get a cottage or a rental property. I have a full team of professional service providers that execute our plan and it includes my experienced administration team, photographer, videographer, social media professional, graphic designer, stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. With the exception of a decade of living in the Toronto area and working as the Head Golf Professional at Angus Glen Golf Club, I have spent my life living in Kingston. I am married to my wife Kim, an elementary school teacher. We have two active children, our son Jett is in university and our daughter Paige is in high school. When not helping families with their real estate needs, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. In the summer that means time spent golfing, a night out dining, or enjoying family time on the lake. During the winter my preferred activities can be found at the rink – either coaching or participating in curling or hockey.
There are so many reasons that I love living in the Kingston area. We have world-class education facilities and healthcare facilities. Our geographic location sits on the shores of Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River with the scenic Thousand Islands and the Cataraqui River. To the north, within a 30-minute or so drive from the city we enjoy countless clean beautiful lakes – great for swimming, fishing and boating that are framed by pines and granite outcroppings. The downtown is vibrant with many festivals, local boutiques and delicious dining. For recreational enthusiasts, Kingston is considered the most walkable and cyclable city in Ontario!

Turner Gazeley has established himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional in Kingston.
