1. Fall Sports: The Fronts are back and Queen’s Gaels Football has one more home game this month.

2. Apple Time: Fall means trips to the apple orchards.
- Wynn Farms Apple Orchard & Corn Maze (Adolphustown): Pick Macs & Spartans, wander the maze; open 7 days a week into November. Great family afternoon. For the adventurous, the moonlight corn maze on weekends is a great experience for all. Wynn Farms
- Spring Meadows Orchards (Adolphustown/Napanee): Pick-your-own apples, a free corn maze, pumpkin patch, and their famous apple cider donuts (weekends through after Thanksgiving). 4. Kingston WritersFest (Sept 18–21): Author talks, workshops, and readings across the city. Book early; marquee events sell fast. Visit Kingston
